Shipping Policy
We are pleased to inform you that we are currently experiencing no delays in shipping and all orders leave our warehouse on the same day.
For all orders, we offer tracked standard shipping.
Our estimated shipping times for all regions is 7-15 business days. The entire order processing time will take around 1-2 business days.

Please note:
- We only use Royal Mail for our domestic orders. You can check Royal Mail status by visiting their website.
- Our service transit time is provided by the shipping carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
- If you did not receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us at info@azmlete.com.
- If you did not receive your order within 20 days from ordering, please contact us. We will track your shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. Our customers are our top priority!
- If you did not receive your order after 60 days from ordering, we promise to refund you in full.

Returns Policy:
Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. We reserve the right to decline return requests for any reason whatsoever.
To schedule a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at info@azmlete.com.
Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving the return request and items must be returned in all original packaging and in 'as new' condition with tags still attached. Please make sure to include your proof of purchase receipt within the package so we can determine who the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this stage.
